Sodium bicarbonate in aquarium

Economical product for raising KH and pH in freshwater aquariums. Basic ingredient of Balling solution for KH In marine aquariums.

Detailed explanation

1 teaspoon per 100 litres raises KH by approximately 1 dKH. It should be added slowly. Use only pure bicarbonate (NaHCO3).

In marine aquariums it is the KH component of the Balling solution. Sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) is a more aggressive alternative.
