Bottom fish with a friendly and curious behaviour. They perch on rocks and observe the environment. Many species are herbivorous and reef safe.

Midas Blenny (Ecsenius midas), Bicolor Blenny (Ecsenius bicolor) and Tailspot Blenny are the most popular.
Herbivores (such as the Blenny of the genus Salarias) graze on the algae of the rocks. The Lawnmower Blenny (Salarias fasciatus) is an excellent algae eater on the reef.
They are perfect for reef aquariums of all sizes. They have strong personalities and become attached to their favorite locations.
