Gyre pump (laminar flow)

Laminar flow circulation pump that moves water along the entire length of the aquarium. More efficient than traditional powerheads.

Detailed explanation

The Gyre (Maxspect) creates a horizontal laminar flow that passes through the entire aquarium. The design uses a rotating cylinder with vanes that push water sideways.

Typical installation: one Gyre on one side at mid-height. The nutrient transport function lifts debris periodically towards the skimmer.
